Content License Agreement

The United States Potato Board encourages the use of any of our recipes and related photos as well as any other photos on our website where we have been able to obtain exclusivity; however, there are some guidelines and exemptions as listed below.

The photos on this website belong to the United States Potato Board and may only be used by press agencies or journalists publishing articles specifically pertaining to potato products and/or services. Any use outside of the guidelines noted below is strictly prohibited.

Guidelines:

• The photos may only be used in close proximity or connected to a published article or broadcast news story about the industry, a specific recipe, or a themed topic related to potatoes.
• The photos may not be copied or distributed apart from the article, such as redistributing in hard copy or making available on line for others to copy.
• The photos can be cropped, but cannot be distorted in appearance.
• Please credit the United States Potato Board for the photos and recipes.

Exemptions:

The United States Potato Board may have been asked for an exclusive time period to allow the journalist or press agency to utilize a photo for a magazine or newspaper article. Please contact us directly to discuss possible usage.
